TechFyps.com is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. This document outlines the procedures for responding to allegations of unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material via TechFyps.com’s services.

Definitions

Content: Refers to any software, games, applications, and APK files available through TechFyps.com.

Copyright: The legal right granted to the creator of original works—such as software, literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, etc.

Infringement: The use or distribution of copyrighted material without the copyright holder’s permission, which may violate one or more of the copyright holder’s exclusive rights.

If you believe that material available on TechFyps.com infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by submitting a DMCA takedown notice. The notice must be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on the owner’s behalf and must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or—if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification—a representative list of such works at that site.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. Sufficient information to allow the service provider to contact the complaining party (e.g., address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).

A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and—under penalty of perjury—that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that has allegedly been infringed.

Action Upon Receipt of DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, TechFyps.com will take the following actions:

Remove or block access to the allegedly infringing material.

Notify the uploader of the material in question, including a copy of the DMCA notice and information regarding the potential consequences of copyright infringement.

Provide the uploader with the opportunity to submit a counter-claim if they believe the alleged copyright infringement is unfounded.

Statement

If the uploader believes that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, they may submit a statement to us containing the following information:

Their physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the content was available prior to such removal or disabling.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the uploader has a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
The name, address, and telephone number of the person who uploaded the material, along with a statement from that person filed in the U.S. Federal District Court having jurisdiction over the matter—either in the district where they reside or (if residing outside the U.S.) in any district where TechFyps.com is located—confirming that they accept service of court documents from the person who submitted the original notification or their authorized representative.
Upon receipt of a counter-notice, TechFyps.com will send a copy of it to the party that filed the original complaint. Unless the original complainant obtains a court order to prevent further infringement of the copyrighted material within 14 business days, TechFyps.com will generally restore the removed material.
